Revenue is generated from digital info-products, SaaS, and real estate investor coaching business. The business is doing about $2M/year gross, with roughly 50% profit margin. Projected to see stable, sustainable growth against competitors, and bigger growth once Fed rates come down and the macroeconomic environment improves. The new owner could see a much greater growth curve if they tap into the recommended growth opportunities and strategies.

Plug and play structure means this business is not reliant on any one person’s personality and could be run by anyone.
